DAN & JERRY'S

This comprehensive e-learning series was developed for Dan and Jerry's Greenhouses to facilitate the onboarding of seasonal new hires. In collaboration with Human Resources, over 25 targeted training modules were created to equip new team members with the necessary skills and knowledge for a seamless transition into their roles. The curriculum includes essential topics such as Garden Center Safety, Plant Maintenance, and Deliveries, as well as in-depth guides on various product lines. This initiative not only enhances the onboarding process but also ensures consistency and safety in workplace practices, contributing to a well-informed and efficient workforce.
