Carlisle Interconnect Technologies sought to elevate their management training programs through eLearning development. Working remotely, I brought their customized leadership training vision to life through three engaging learning modules focused on goal setting, development plans, and performance reviews.

With Carlisle’s highly specific branding needs, the course design process involved close collaboration to match their visual identity and voice. The final modules featured interactive deepdives set to custom narration and graphics.

Feedback from learners and stakeholders praised the ability to deliver consistent training asynchronously across locations while maintaining the Carlisle training experience. The strong partnership model enabled efficient creation of targeted learning content.
